Positive: The accommodation is minimal but well-balanced; it has a hairdryer and Wi-Fi. The kitchen equipment allows cooking without problems. The garage is a great plus if you travel by car. The location is excellent. The blocks around have a hipster soul, with shops selling particular or artisanal products. The view on the inside of the block guarantees calm and silence. There is a supermarket nearby.
Negative: The guardian's request (who was pretty available) to place a panel on the car once parked in the garage to deter any damage has left us perplexed, but nothing happened to the car. The road is dark, perhaps because of a construction site. Pay attention, some objects would need maintenance (e.g. the handle of the doors towards the balcony can detach)

Positive: The receptionist was very kind and punctual. Easy check-in. Apartment was clean and furnished with all amenities (including hairdrier). Centrally located, with nice bars and restaurants nearby.
Negative: Apartment is so small that when the sofa bed is open there is no much space to move. Bathroom is also very small. I booked the place just for the parking lot since I was travelling with the car full of luggages, but it turned out it was safer to park in the street. Even though the parking is in the basement, I was warned to unload completely the car since there were many thefts around breaking glasses. I had to unpack and carry everything from the parking to the apartment (which is not close by). I slept poorly for the fear that something would go wrong and on top this the next morning they were hammering and drilling right on top of the roof.

Positive: Great location, close to everything, shops, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is well equipped. The concierge Hicham was very polite and welcoming, English speaker, good communication with the host as well.
Negative: Everything was good for my one night stay.
